I am broadly interested in all aspects of network, systems,
and software security. I particularly enjoy conducting empirical
measurements of large-scale systems and using that knowledge
to guide the research and development of next-generation
security technologies.
My current research focuses on applications of
Machine Learning for Network Defense (especially SDN, Cloud, and Container
Network Security), Anonymity and Circumvention Systems, Network Protocol
Analysis, IoT Security, and Data Provenance Tracking for detection of APTs.
