Causes Anetd to send itself the specified signal. This command may be used
only by principals with ABone administrative privilege. If the keyword
``force'' is not specified, Anetd first checks whether the specified
signal is likely to cause Anetd to terminate, and if so, it returns a
warning and does not raise the signal. See also the KILL command and
