Salmon Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. alaskan hot smoked sockeye salmon 
  • 1 Silverbow Bagels garlic bagel torn into small pieces 
  • 1 medium yellow onion finely chopped 
  • 3 cloves fresh minced garlic 
  • 3 large eggs 
  • 2 tsp. parsley 

Directions

    Shred salmon by hand and remove all bones
    Tear apart garlic bagel into small pieces
    Mix all ingredients together thoroughly
    Form into 5 round patties
    Cook in butter in a saute pan unti crisp & golden 
    Flip with spatula and brown other side
    Serve with fettucini in a white wine cream sauce and a wedge of lemon
    Garnish with fresh dill
