Accommodation

Rooms have been reserved at the Asilomar Conference Center, the venue for CSFW-16.

Two types of rooms have been reserved: Standard and Historic.  Each type comes in a single or double occupancy version.  The Standard room is carpeted with bath and shower while the Historic has hardwood floors and only a shower.  The rates for the meeting (three nights), in U.S. dollars, are

The youth (ages 3-17) rate is $185.76.  All rates include taxes, sleeping accommodations and three meals per day, including dinner Sunday evening, 29 June, and lunch Wednesday 2 July.

All reservations are handled directly through the conference center.  Invitations to attendees will include a reservation form that must be returned to the conference center by 25 April.

Sharing Rooms

All room sharing is coordinated through Asilomar.

Deadline

The deadline for reservations is 25 April 2003.  After that, all reserved rooms will be released and you will be responsible for finding your own accommodations and paying an extra $8 off-grounds facility fee per person per day.

Attire

As usual, workshop attendees can wear whatever they want during the technical sessions. This extends to everywhere on the premises of the conference center.
