Deadline

The Keltic Lodge will hold the block of rooms set aside for CSFW-14 till May 10th 2001. Registrants who do not make their hotel arrangements by that date will be accommodated on a space availability basis and may be refused the negotiated rate. Be advised that there are very few lodging facilities in a radius of several dozen miles from the workshop venue (unless camping is an option).

Attire

As usual, workshop attendees can wear whatever they want during the technical sessions. This extends to almost everywhere on the premises of the Keltic Lodge with one exception: dinner. "Smart casual attire" (no jeans, shorts, sneakers or T-shirts; polo shirts and slacks are OK) is expected in the Purple Thistle Room. Guests are also recommended to make dinner reservations.

Believe me, the food is well worth this little sacrifice!

Park Fees

The Keltic Lodge lies within the boundaries of Cape Breton Highlands National Park. Park fees, in Canadian dollars, amount to $3.50 per day per car. Four-day passes for $10.50 per car are also available.
